SC dismisses Rafale review petitions: Will the Politics end here? | HT Conversations

Sudhi Ranjan Sen, Senior Editor of Hindustan Times gives us his take on the Supreme Court's Rafale Verdict. The Supreme Court dismissed review petitions seeking a court-monitored probe of alleged irregularities in the Rs 59,000 crore Rafale fighter jet deal. A bench comprising Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, Justices SK Kaul and KM Joseph said, “We don't feel it necessary to order an FIR (First Information Report) or a roving inquiry into the Rafale deal case.” The Top Court also said that the review petitions were without any merit.
