JNU: Scuffle during Art 370 seminar attended by NDA minister Jitendra Singh

A scuffle broke out at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. The scuffle reportedly broke out during a seminar on Article 370. Union Minister Jitendra Singh was a speaker at the seminar. Sloganeering was also heard during the scuffle. Article 370 of the Constitution was recently diluted, leading to abrogation of Jammu and Kashmir's special status.
