It's the MCD elections on April 23, for which at least 1.3 crore Delhi citizens will be eligible to vote in the 272 municipal wards across the national capital. Providing services ranging from basic sanitation to roads and social benefits, municipal corporations are the first respondent to the needs of the citizens.
