No assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir right now: EC

The 2019 Lok Sabha elections will be held in seven phases from April 11 to May 19 and the counting of votes will take place on May 23. Assembly elections were announced in 4 states but not in Jammu & Kashmir. The election commissioner also made it clear that the assembly elections to the state will not be held along with the Lok Sabha polls.
