‘No one is being harassed by the SC/ST act and no one will be either’: Rajnath Singh at Hindustan Shikhar Samagam

Union home minister Rajnath Singh said the SC/ST Act has been around since the Congress as well Atal Bihari Vajpayee's government's time. “It isn't something new,” he said, adding that any attempt to misuse it would be dealt with. Speaking at the 4th Hindustan Shikhar Samagam in Lucknow, Singh said no one was being troubled by the SC/ST Act. “If the act is being misused, the state governments will take care of it.”
