Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a seven point plan to tackle pollution in the winter. He said that while efforts are on to tackle stubble burning in neighbouring states, the odd-even scheme will be in place from 4th to 15th November. Kejriwal added that studies have shown that the odd-even scheme results in fall of pollution by around 13%. The Chief Minister also urged people of the capital to follow the SC directive and not burst crackers.
