Parliament winter session kicks off; PM Modi calls for quality debates

Prime Minister called on all MPs to contribute to discussions and debates in the winter session of Parliament. Addressing the media, PM Modi said that there should open discussions and quality debates on every issue. The government is looking to pass over 30 bills passed in this session of parliament. The opposition meanwhile will aim to counter the Modi government by raising issues of the economic slowdown, jobs losses, situation in J&K and other issues.
