Assam floods: People use boats to commute on flooded streets in Dhubri

Parts of Assam have been reeling under flooding and landslides. People use boats for transportation as streets are flooded in Dhubri. At least 27 people have died and 5.25 million affected in 30 of Assam's 33 districts.
