Rahul Gandhi meets Goa CM Manohar Parrikar day after Rafale jibe

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday met Goa Chief MInister Manohar Parrikar. A day earlier, COngress had targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that Parrikar has “secrets” that “give him power over the PM”. Congress had also demanded action against Parrikar. Gandhi, who is on a holiday in Goa, had visited the CM to enquire about his health.
