Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually addressed the ASSOCHAM Foundation Week event on December 19. He spoke of giving a boost to the rural economy by marketing India's farm products on international markets. PM Modi asked ASSOCHAM members to help the government in bridging the rural-urban divide. His comments came in the midst of farmer protests against 3 recent agricultural reform laws. A day earlier, he had accused the Opposition parties of misleading farmers. Watch the full video for more.
