Watch: Tourists rejoice as snow covers Jammu & Kashmir’s Patnitop

Fresh snowfall in Jammu & Kashmir has brought cheer to the tourists who were seen rejoicing in the Patnitop area of Jammu and Kashmir. Tourists played with the snow and were seen enjoying horse rides. Meanwhile, a 40-day long period of extreme cold 'Chillai-Kalan' began in Kashmir. Temperature in Srinagar was recorded at Zero degree celcius.
