‘Will thrash you like dogs’: BJP’s Bharati Ghosh threatens TMC worker

BJP candidate and former IPS officer Bharati Ghosh threatened TMC workers in West Bengal. Bharati, speaking in Bengali, said, “You are threatening people to not cast their votes, will call 1000 men from UP and thrash you like dogs.” TMC has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission of India over the incident. Bharati had joined BJP on February 4 this year in New Delhi.
