Advani blames govt for Mumbai attack

India's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party or BJP on Thursday charged the state government of having failed to gather intelligence to foil attack of this magnitude. Lal Krishna Advani, senior leader of BJP who visited the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, to take stock of the situation said it was intelligence failure on the part of the state administration.
