Assam turns into a fortress for PM's one-day visit

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's April 20 visit to the north-eastern state of Assam has warranted unprecedented security arrangement, following a 12 hour general strike called by hardline militant organization United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) opposing the visit.
