Attack done to derail Indo-Pak dialogue: RPN Singh

Minister of State for home affairs RPN Singh on Thursday said that the attack by militants on a police station and an army base in Kashmir was unfortunate and someone was trying to derail the dialogue process between the prime ministers of India and Pakistan.
