Cong hails Allahabad HC's decision on caste-based rallies in UP

Congress leader Rita Bahuguna has welcomed the Allahabad High Court's decision on banning caste-based rallies in Uttar Pradesh. The Allahabad High Court on Thursday also issued a notice to all the political parties in the state including Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Samajwadi Party (SP) on the same.
