Dikshit rejected E Sreedharan’s resignation

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Sunday night rejected the resignation of Delhi Metro chief E Sreedharan, who quit after six people were killed and 15 injured in an accident at a Metro construction site in the national capital. According to sources Dikshit has sent a letter to Sreedharan requesting him to continue and her Cabinet will discuss the matter on Monday.
