Even Sonia garlanded with cash: BSP

After facing much criticism from every sphere for the garland of currency notes presented to the BSP supremo Mayawati, Naseemuddin Siddiqui, a senior leader of the party in Lucknow revealed that even Sonia Gandhi, chief of Congress party had received similar garland woven from notes.
