Family has right to Afzal’s mortal remains: Mufti

J&K State Congress Committee Chief, Saifuddin Soz said the PDP Chief Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and J&K Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah had already written to the Prime Minister to consider releasing the mortal remains of Afzal Guru to his family members.
