Fourth phase of polling begins in West Bengal

The fourth of the six-phase of assembly elections began amid tight security in West Bengal on Tuesday. Voting is being held for 63 constituencies spread over four districts of Howrah, Hooghly and East Midnapore and parts of Burdwan district for 366 candidates. Voters hope that the new government will resolve the issues of price rise and corruption.
