Gujarat model of development a flop: Anand Sharma

Commerce minister Anand Sharma on Sunday said that the much touted Gujarat model of development is a flop. He also said that Gujarat under Modi is one of the most indebted states and the boastful claims of the Gujarat government are utterly false.
