Hanumantha Rao hails decision to form separate Telangana state

Congress leader from Telangana V Hanumantha Rao has hailed the decision of the Congress party to form separate state of Telangana by bifurcating Andhra Pradesh. The Congress Party had cleared the formation of Telangana with Hyderabad as joint capital for 10 years.
