HC rejects Talwars' petition for witnesses to re-testify

In a major setback to the Talwars, the Allahabad High Court on Tuesday rejected their petition to summon 14 witnesses to testify again. The dentist couple, Rajesh and Nupur Talwar are accused of killing their teenage daughter and domestic help Hemraj. The Talwars had challenged the CBI court's decision regarding the 14 witnesses and had appealed to record all the statements once again.
