Help restore democracy in Myanmar: US rights body to India

Brad Adams, Asia Director of Human Rights Watch (HRW), a New York-based global human rights watchdog, on Thursday urged India to help restore democracy in Myanmar. India wants Myanmar to expedite political reform and national reconciliation but has also reaffirmed its desire to build on their strong relationship despite pressure from the West.
