I am a victim of legal system: Justice Dinakaran

Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court, P D Dinakaran said on Saturday that he has been made a victim of a conspiracy hatched by politicians and the legal system and thereby submitted his resignation as a mark of his high moral standards.Dinakaran,who has been facing impeachment,resigned on Friday following charges of corruption,land-grab and abuse of judicial office. Dinakaran quit a day before the panel was to resume work today after getting the go-ahead by the Supreme Court.
