India, Bangladesh tied to each other: FM

Union finance minister Pranab Mukherjee, who is on a two-day official visit to Bangladesh, on Sunday attended the closing ceremony of Rabindranath Tagore's 150th birth anniversary celebration in Dhaka's Bangabandhu International Convention Centre. An Indian cultural delegation, including Sharmila Tagore, Pabitra Bhushan Sircar and a dance drama group from the Sangeet Natak Academy participated in the function. Pranab's visit comes seven months after the setback in striking the Teesta agreement.
