India committed to tackle terrorism says PM

Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh on Friday said that his government was committed to tackle terrorism but cautioned against labeling members of any community as terrorists. Manmohan Singh offered a new dialogue with the separatists to end violence. He also added that his government was committed to resolving all outstanding issues with Pakistan.
