India congratulates Obama on re-election

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday congratulated US President Barack Obama on his re-election, and said that he looks forward to continuing their rewarding association in order to build further on the enduring foundations of shared values and the accomplishments of the past four years.
