Jayalalithaa rules out alliance with BJP for 2014 polls

Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has ruled out an alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the upcoming national polls in 2014. Meanwhile, she congratulated Narendra Modi on his elevation as campaign panel chief for 2014 parliament elections.
