Kasab -Afzal Guru cases can’t be compared: Harish Rawat

After the execution of Ajmal Kasab, there are expectations that Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru will be sent to the gallows but Union Minister Harish Rawat feels that both the cases cannot be compared as Guru's case is very old.
