Khandwa jail break: Cong says security lapses responsible

After a major embarrassment for jail authorities when seven prisoners escaped from Madhya Pradesh's Khandwa jail in the wee hours on Tuesday, Congress leader Satyavrat Chaturvedi said that the incident happened due to security lapses and action must be taken against those responsible.
