Lalu proposes memorial to honour Delhi gangrape victim

While demands of a Ashok Chakra and a law on her name are being made to honour the Delhi braveheart, Bihar's former chief minister and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has come up with a new proposal, a memorial in her honour.
