Manmohan was a better finance minister than PM: BJP

As Manmohan Singh bid farewell to his cabinet, the Bharatiya Janata Party went soft on the Prime Minister saying that the main opposition had nothing against him while stating that the economist had managed the finance ministry better under P.V Narasimha Rao's government.
