Meet the Jaipur girl who bagged Rs. 2.1 crore job with Facebook

Astha Agarwal, 20, is currently a student at Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai (IIT-B), in her eighth semester. Things changed for her when she was offered work as a software engineer after a succesful summer internship, at the Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park. She got a pre-placement offer from the social media company for Rs. 2.1 crore salary, including sign-on bonus and ESOPs. Astha will join Facebook in October next year.
