Militant outfits funding Somali pirates: Freed hostage

Relieved after returning safely to his home and loved ones in Shimla, hostage and chef of captive vessel MV Suez, Prashant Chauhan on Saturday said that militant outfits might be funding piracy on the high seas. He also said that a country's involvement in nurturing piracy cannot be ruled out.
