MP minister asks women to avoid provocative dressing

Madhya Pradesh industrial minister Kailash Vijayvargiya suggested women to refrain from wearing provocative clothes as these prompts the 'immoral' people to go for otherwise steps. Kailash said this referring to the Guwahati molestation incident that came as a rude shock for the entire nation.
