Muzaffarnagar left 'Gujarat' behind: Rashid Alvi

As the situation in Muzaffarnagar district of UP is nowhere improving, and politicians continue to get arrested on visiting the state, Congress leader Rashid Alvi said on Friday that Muzaffarnagar has even left 'Gujarat' behind and the situation in the state is worse than the later.
