No magic wand to solve issues: Raghuram Rajan

After being appointed as the new Governor of the RBI for a period of 3 years, Raghuram Rajan on Tuesday said that the country's economy was going through bad times, and that there was no magic wand to make the problems disappear instantaneously, however, they will be dealt with.
