Omar Abdullah favours terrorists: BJP

As Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah has given a clean chit to alleged Hizbul Mujahideen operative Liaqat Ali Shah and pre-empted an NIA probe to prove that he was returning to India under the rehabilitation policy, BJP slammed Abdullah and said he favours terrorism.
