Pak fortifications along border a routine thing, dispels panic

Indian Army Chief Deepak Kapoor on Wednesday confirmed the construction of fortifications by Pakistan along the northwestern borders and also in other places, but said it could be a routine thing. Recently, SR Ghosh, General Officer Commanding of western command, had said that border crossing in the India's northern and northwestern parts were going on.
