Pranab Mukherjee to present budget 2009 today

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee will present Union Budget 2009 on Monday in Parliament. The Budget will be a big test for the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance Government on whether it can live up to its thumping electoral victory or not.
