RJD chief hits out at the ruling Congress

India's ruling Congress would have to rue its decision to contest parliamentary seats alone in eastern Bihar state, a close ally who fell out over seat sharing in the state said on Saturday. The Congress decided to contest 37 out of the 40 parliamentary seats in Bihar on its own after its allies, regional Rashtriya Janata Dal and the Lok Janshakthi Party cut a deal, leaving just three seats to it.
