Sarabjit Singh attacked by jail inmates Pakistan

Indian prisoner on death row Sarabjit Singh was reportedly attacked on Friday by the jail inmates in Lahore's Kot Lakhpat Jail. Singh is reported to have received severe head injuries in the incident. Singh was convicted for his involvement in serial bomb blasts in Lahore and Faisalabad in 1990. He was awarded the death sentence in 1991.
