Second phase of Metro to finish before Commonwealth Games

E Sreedharan, Director of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, said on Tuesday that metro will finish second phase before Commonwealth Games in October 2010 despite accidents. Sreedharan said that henceforth there would be double checks before designs are taken from the drawing board to the site.
