Sheila Dikshit slapped me: BSP councillor

BSP councillor of Kondali in East Delhi created ruckus at the inauguration ceremony of a community hall by Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit. The fact that her name did not figure on the foundation stone despite the community hall being located in her locality enraged her. She wanted to go to the stage but she alleged that Sheila Dikshit showed her way to leave and even slapped her when she insisted on coming on the stage.
