Shutdown in WB to protest demand for Gorkhaland

The Bangla O Bangla Bhasa Bachao committee today called for a shutdown in West Bengal to oppose the demand for a separate Gorkhaland state by the Gorkha Janamukti Morcha and the tripartite talks on the Gorkhaland. Bangla O Bangla Bhasa Bachao committee is a Bengali organisation in West Bengal that has been carrying out protests against the GJM's demand of Gorkhaland since the past few days.
