Special package for Maoist victims

West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee has announced a special package for the rehabilitation of the locals in the Maoist-inflicted areas of the state. She has also promised them food and employment amenities. This announcement comes in wake of the encounter with top Maoist leader Koteswara Rao alias Kishenji in West Bengal on Thursday.
