Suryanelli rape: Cong MP calls victim 'child prostitute', draws flak

Congress MP K Sudhakaran's apathetic comment citing that the Suryanelli rape case victim was in fact a 'child prostitute' has drawn flak from all corners of the political as well as civil fraternity. CPI (M) Polit bureau member, Brinda Karat lashed out at Congress for remaining silent on the highly offensive and shameful comment.
