Sushilkumar Shinde announces guidelines to make Delhi safe

Taking serious note of the ghastly incident of the gang rape of a girl in the national capital, Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde while addressing the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday announced that more PCR vans would be stationed and patrolling would be done across Delhi.
