Tharoor slams Chinese media for 'silly' remark

Reacting on a recent article in a Chinese newspaper that New Delhi has not learnt the lesson of 1962 war India's junior Foreign Minister Shashi Tharoor, termed the remarks a "bit silly" and said that India was no longer "under-prepared."
